What we need from you

  • Competitor link (URL) showing the price
  • Product name/variant details (colour/size/spec)
  • Your Urban Optics product link
  • Your email address and (if already ordered) your order number

What qualifies?

To keep things fair and consistent, the competitor product must be:

  • Identical (same brand, model, colour, size/spec)
  • In stock and available to buy online in the UK
  • From a UK-based retailer (not a marketplace listing)
  • Priced in GBP and includes any required taxes

Common exclusions

  • Clearance/closing-down, liquidation or “limited quantity” flash deals
  • Voucher-only, membership-only, student-only or invite-only pricing
  • Marketplace sellers (e.g., third-party listings)
  • Prices that rely on bundles, add-ons or financing
  • International retailers or prices shown in other currencies

Price Match Promise — terms

When can I request a price match?

Ideally before placing your order. If you’ve already ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the competitor link.

Does the price include delivery?

We compare product price to product price. Delivery charges will be exempt from the discount.

How long do checks take?

We aim to respond quickly, but verification depends on the details provided and competitor site availability.

Do you match promotional or discount codes?

We generally don’t match voucher-only or membership-only pricing. If the competitor price is openly available to everyone, we’ll consider it.


Final note: Urban Optics reserves the right to refuse a price match where the competitor offer can’t be verified, isn’t like-for-like, or falls under exclusions above. This policy may be updated at any time.
